History

CCTW (Council for Cosmetic Teeth Whitening) was organized in January, 2008. The organization was registered in April, 2008, with Al Augustine, Augustine, Kern & Levens, LCD, as legal counsel.

The Council is represented by Doug Schoon, Schoon Scientific + Regulatory Consulting, LLC. Mr. Schoon provides regulatory information concerning state and health boards, and cosmetic requirements governed by the FDA that is required for all members to follow.
